Fee Schedule & Policies
Appointments will be prioritized in the following order:
1. Current Cancer Patients
2. Caregivers of current cancer patients
3. One year after treatment
4. Beyond one year after treatment
** Fees are dependent on Annual household income
24 Hour Cancellation & “No Show” Fee Policy
Each time a client misses an appointment without providing proper 24 hour notice, another client is prevented from receiving care. Therefore, CWH reserves the right to charge a fee of $10.00 for all missed appointments (“no shows”) and appointments which, absent for a compelling reason, are not cancelled with a 24-hour advance notice. If you arrive 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a “no show.” “No Show” fees will be billed to the client. This fee is not covered by insurance, and must be paid prior to your next appointment. Multiple “no shows” could result in a loss of services for up to a month.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to best serve the needs of all of our clients. If for any reason you cannot give proper notice due to illness or emergency, your specific case will be considered “waived” if a staff member approves the request, otherwise your card will be charged the fee of $10.00.
